Mr. Babatunde Oladipo allegedly sold the property to Mrs. Folashade Adesanya without the knowledge or consent of the original owner, who happens to be his late father. And the Executors of the WILL of his deceased father are not willing to validate the sale. The matter is before Lagos state High Court in Suit No; LD/3456/2024 before hon. Justice Yetunde Idowu.
